Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a flexible cancellation and return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Customers must present the original invoice at the time of an exchange request.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all returns and exchanges.
  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request based on product condition.
  • Custom-made, altered, or serviced products (e.g., stitching, fall, finishing, tasseling) cannot be exchanged.
  • Discounted, or products bought during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If the exact product is unavailable for exchange, a suitable alternative may be offered.
  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for exchanging products unless the product has a defect.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If the cancellation is made before the product is shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped:
    • The product will be eligible for replacement only in the case of manufacturing defects.
    • The customer must email us within 48 hours of receiving the product to report any damage.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must bear the cost of returning the product.

3. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  • Products that are NOT eligible for return:
    • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price.
    • Customized or finished products (e.g., with added fall, tassels, piko, net, or alterations).
    • Products exhibiting physical damage not caused during shipping.
    • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories.
    • Returns sent without prior authorization.
  • If the packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept the package and inform our team immediately.

Return Process:

  • Upon approval, ship the item to the following return address at your own cost: B-75, Sector 51 Gautam budh nagar , Noida , Uttar Pradesh, 201301 .
  • Once received, the item will undergo a quality check before approval for refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned product and it clears quality checks.
  • Refunds will be credited in the same mode of payment used for the purchase.
  • No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for defective products will only be issued if an unboxing video is provided as proof.

5. Important Notes

  • Natural fabrics may experience shrinkage and slight color variations due to the nature of dyes used.
  • Zari purity and content are guaranteed only if explicitly stated in the product description.
  • The company does not guarantee third-party services (e.g., fall, tasseling, stitching) requested by customers.
  • The company is not liable for delays by courier services.
  • All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted products, we recommend:

  • Only dry clean.
  • Avoid exposure to liquids, especially perfumes.
  • Store in pure cotton fabrics and change folds regularly.
